Where We Deliver

We currently deliver to all addresses within the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, and the Channel Islands. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Production Times

Every Sugar Ruffles product is personalised to your specification, which means each item requires a production period before it can be dispatched. Production times vary by product type and are clearly displayed on each product page.

Please note that production times are separate from delivery times — the total time from placing your order to receiving it is the production time plus the delivery time for your chosen shipping method.

During peak periods, such as wedding season (May–September) and the lead-up to Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas, production times may be slightly longer than stated. We will always do our best to meet the timescales shown on the product page.

Delivery Options

Available delivery methods and costs are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on the product. Not all delivery options are available for every item — the options shown at checkout are the most accurate for your specific order.

Orders may be dispatched via Royal Mail or an alternative courier service at our discretion. Where a tracked service is used, you will receive tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.

Please note: Our working hours are Monday to Friday. Production timescales and dispatch do not include weekends or bank holidays.

Delivery Address

Orders are delivered to the address you provide during checkout. Please double-check your delivery address carefully before completing your order, as we are unable to accept responsibility for orders delivered to an incorrect address that you have supplied.

If no one is available to accept delivery, the carrier may leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection. It is your responsibility to follow up with the carrier to arrange this.

Missing or Late Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within 14 working days of the estimated dispatch date, please contact us at hello@sugarruffles.co.uk and we will look into it for you. Please notify us of any non-delivery within 30 days of your order date.

Any parcel returned to us by the carrier as undeliverable will be held for 28 days. We will notify you by email. If redelivery is not arranged within this period, the item may be disposed of and no refund will be available.
